Oyster Bibimbap. A surprise find when I was looking for food at the Gangnam Express Bus Terminal. I saw my favourite oysters from what would seem like an oyster specialty restaurant (almost every Korean dish offered here has oysters). I went for the Bibimbap because I wanted the hot stone rice although I notice more customers opted for the oyster rice soup. Mine was absolutely amazing and I definitely will try the soup version next time.
