Tried Lunch special combo of JangMoNim(장모님) and basic sugar+honey dessert crepe with two additional crepe called ' Complete' and 'Popeye'.
All four were better than good ( on my scale). I personally would prefer a bit more spice to JangMoNim, but considering non-Korean people also come here it might actually be just the right amount of spice and bitterness. 'Complete' was a full breackfast crepe, which is suitable for brunch, tasty and hearty. Sugar+honey crepe for dessert was not too sweet nor sticky, it was just right. Popeye, which is a spinach with cheese crepe, was B-E-A-Utiful. I love spinach to begin with, but still it was pretty fantastic. Service was good, interior design is lovely and cozy. Considering second week in business, I'd say this place has high potential.
A reminder for both customers and owner : Crepe is a very thin layered yet widely spread food. I recommend the owner finding a better way to preserve heat for food, and I recommend customers to try the food first instead of taking photos if it is their first time there.
FYI : Owner said he is planning to add daily/weekly specials starting sometime around next week.
A paradise in the Hapjeong area ! Real Britain crepes or galettes and a great deal of wines. Not to mention the incredible atmosphere (reggae music lover would be very pleased) and above all Arnaud and Yeon-jung, the owners who made that place that great !
