We had an incredible Valentine's Day meal at Casa di Noa, our first time there. The gnocchi was tender, the linguini was chewy and the sauces were subtle. The (spinach-filled?) corchetta was amazing too. Having had (and made) tomato or cream pastas with one-note flavours innumerable times, the complexity of Casa di Noa's flavours really stands out, particularly for Seoul. Kudos to the chef and staff for such an enjoyable dining experience - we'll definitely be back!
Excellent pasta restaurant! A clever international approach without betraying the authentic roots of Italian regional cousine. Nice service, very professionale environment. At the same time, prices are somehow reasonable. The chef was very kind and offered me a very good Lambrusco wine from my hometown. I did not even notice he did not even charged me for that. I will surely come back. Bravo Davide Di Meo from #reggioemilia !
